Electro-acoustic guitar from High Performance series that continues Gibson's long history of producing world famous Square Shoulder body designs, such as Hummingbird, Dove and Songwriter models. This model has a thinner cutaway body design, hand built using all North American tonewoods, and handcrafted with all the beauty and style Gibson can offer. A solid Sitka spruce top, traditionally braced with hand scalloped braces, is joined with beautiful, walnut back and sides providing a strong and balanced tonal range with superior clarity between each string. The redesigned body depth adds comfort and responds wonderfully to all the nuances of different playing styles. Distinctive black binding trims the top and back for a sleek and modern look. The set-in two-piece maple neck features the Advanced Response Neck profile and flatter fingerboard radius (16") which allows for easy string bending anywhere on the neck. The 20-fret fingerboard is made of Richlite material and features mother of pearl dot inlays. Scale length is 628.65 mm, width of the traditional TUSQ nut is 43.8 mm. The guitar is equipped with the LR Baggs Element pickup system that allows for easy plug and play anywhere you perform, modern belly down bridge made of Richlite material with TUSQ saddle and nickel Grover Mini Rotomatics tuning keys. Both TUSQ nut and saddle provide consistent tone, string balance as well as precise string spacing.
