The pigments are sourced from top European companies and guarantee the required light intensity so that the masterpieces remain preserved for centuries.

These highest-quality pigments are bound with refined linseed oil with a low acidity number, but some pigments - especially whites and purple cobalts - are bound with refined safflower oil, which is lighter and dries more slowly.

A special positive characteristic of UMTON paints is the stabiliser which is added in very small quantities to these paints. It is made from quality natural raw materials and acts as a neutralizer in the paint, extending its durability while maintaining unchanged premium quality for decades.

The immediate positive effect of the stabilizer used is to improve the consistency of the paint, which is smoothly buttery but "short". This stabilizer is a specialty of the manufacturer. The manufacturer fully warrants the oil paints used for the masterpieces and guarantees them for 99 years.
