The set of 24 oil pastels from the Sennelier brand uses pigments of the highest quality, extremely clean synthetic binder and mineral wax. The base is then mixed with wax (neutral pH). The balance of this mixture gives the oil pastels a unique grease and creamy texture, which allows great freedom in pictorial expression.
