The position of the dynamic mic capsule is pointed upwards directly under the signature plate and gives out a really solid kick sound. As with all our units the base is covered in a high impact 3 mm fluted rubber and weighs in at a respectable 1.2 kg and will therefore stay rooted to the spot.
