The smooth, paper-free inner sleeves are manufactured from 40 micron anti-static HDPE. Their curved base follows the shape of the record, providing a snug fit and helping the sleeved vinyl slide easily into its album jacket.

The strong 80 micron polypropylene outer sleeves protect album covers from dust, fingerprints, scuffs and everyday shelf wear. Their crystal-clear finish keeps the original artwork fully visible.

Both sleeve types are acid-free and archival safe, making this pack suitable for everyday use and long-term record storage.
