Scarlett 8i6 is an advanced model of Scarlett 3rd Gen. In the new line, it replaces the 6i6 and provides producers with extreme connectivity options, allowing them to keep all their hardware equipment plugged in and ready for use. Scarlett 8i6 promises full professional service beyond the recording studio. It offers two combined inputs, four line inputs and four line outputs for simultaneous recording of instruments and vocals or the connection of synthesizers. Two headphone outputs on the front panel with separate volume control for convenient monitoring. Interface connectivity is enhanced by a pair of MIDI and SPDIF connectors. Scarlett 8i6 features high-quality AD / DA converters capable of up to 24-bit / 192kHz resolution or AIR mode microphone preamps to simulate the legendary ISA preamplifiers. The upcoming third generation of Scarlett shows significantly less distortion and latency, greater signal-to-noise ratio, or greater headroom. USB-C connectivity is new.
