For professional sound reinforcement, two 7.6cm (3") midrange/tweeters and a 15 cm (6") woofer are installed in the tubular bass reflex enclosure. Thanks to some clever ergonomics there is the option for both horizontal and vertical installation. When vertically positioned the speaker offers a vigorous, dynamic sound with a focus on strong bass. In the horizontal position the sound of openness and depth unfolds. The speaker also boasts an integrated Bluetooth interface for wireless music streaming from any smartphone, tablet or laptop and an MP3-compatible USB port and SD memory card slot for direct music playback from USB sticks, MP3 players and memory cards. It also features an FM radio tuner with automatic station search and 30 presets, and an AUX jack input for other audio sources like mobile phones, CD or MP3 players. These functionalities are complemented by two 6.3 mm jack microphone inputs, which allow user to harness the speaker for use as a small karaoke system. The device features an operation section with four function keys and Volume and Bass controls, plus special karaoke section with seperate volume controls and adjustable echo effect for microphone inputs. A dynamic handheld microphone is supplied with the device. The integrated 1800 mAh battery offers a prolonged operating time and liberates the speaker from any need for a permanent power supply. The battery charging is done easily via USB to a computer or via the optional AC adapter.
