No refunds or returns for electronic licences. Electronic licence cannot be returned, changed or cancelled once it has been delivered.

NOTE: Products that were purchased on the Avid Online Store / WebStore can only be renewed through the "Auto-Renew" feature in the Avid account and can NOT be renewed using a renewal code.

Media Composer products that were purchased from an Avid Authorized Reseller or Channel Partner can only be renewed using a renewal code. Renewal codes can be purchased from any Authorized Reseller / Channel Partner. The Reseller will provide you with a renewal code which you will then redeem inside your Avid Account.
