Audio-Technica U857Q Svanhalsmikrofon

The U857Q is a cardioid condenser gooseneck microphone on a short-length neck, engineered for podium, conference, and installed sound applications requiring a compact, directional microphone with a professional appearance. The flexible gooseneck allows precise positioning of the capsule for different speaker heights, while the cardioid pattern focuses pickup toward the intended sound source and minimizes feedback in reinforced speech environments.

Short Gooseneck Configuration

The compact gooseneck length suits shallow lecterns, desktop AV installations, and conference table center-pieces where a full-length neck would be visually excessive or mechanically unstable. Once positioned, the gooseneck holds its setting firmly under normal speaking conditions.

Low Self-Noise and Phantom Power

The U857Q operates on 11–52V phantom power and delivers low self-noise suitable for quiet speech and presentation environments. The frequency response of 30 Hz to 20 kHz covers the full intelligibility range of speech and provides accurate reproduction of musical introductions and background audio in multi-use spaces.
