Audio-Technica PRO49Q Short Svanhalsmikrofon

The PRO49Q is an 8-inch cardioid condenser gooseneck microphone designed for podium, lectern, and conference table applications where a discreet, stable microphone presence is required. Its flexible gooseneck neck allows the capsule to be positioned precisely for the speaker's height and angle, while the low-profile base keeps the microphone unobtrusive on professional presentation surfaces.

Flexible Gooseneck Neck

The 8-inch gooseneck neck holds its position securely once adjusted, accommodating speakers of different heights without creeping or repositioning during use. The internal cable routing maintains a clean, professional appearance on lecterns and conference tables in corporate and government environments.

Cardioid Pattern and Off-Axis Rejection

The cardioid polar pattern provides focused pickup directly in front of the capsule and rejects sound from the sides and rear. In reinforced speech applications, this directional characteristic helps control feedback from loudspeakers placed behind or beside the microphone position.

Installation and Connectivity

The PRO49Q connects via XLR and operates on standard 11–52V phantom power. Its threaded base is compatible with a wide range of podium mounting hardware and flush-mount installations, making it straightforward to integrate into fixed-installation AV systems.
