J’ai acheté chez Muziker un set de cymbales Zildjian K. Je viens de le recevoir 5 jours après la commande, livré par UPS. Tout s’est super bien passé, les cymbales étaient parfaitement emballées par Muziker et elles sont absolument neuves. Je suis ravi du service offert par Muziker. En ce qui me concerne, c’était mon second achat chez Muziker.

Product is fine as ordered. But the delivery was way too slow! This was more than a week and thus too late. It was ordered at a Dutch website and not mentioned that the product was shipped from a country far away...

Copetetive prices, easy to coose articles, good communication and everything is allright, but one time parcel was delivered 2 days late than the date predicted.

Good product that fitted my requirements.

I wasnt home, when the delivery guy was at my door. After that i received a message from muziker that said something like "the parcel is heading back to our warehouse, contact us if youre still interested to buy the products" . That was a bit confusing, since i had allready paid the product and i understood from the message that parcel was heading back to slovakia. But it turned out that i was able to pick up the package from the local post office. Despite that very confusing message everything else went smoothly.

The products that i orderet was the best price on the market. The delivery was quick. You can buy a lot of ad-on insurances too, but as I was confident about the product I didn't need those extras.

There are no complaints about the price and the quality.

There was some misunderstanding on my part about the where and when of delivery, but Muziker answered my questions rapidly and so I picked up my purchase at a local store. The Fender Strat replacement neck is excellent, Just some minor adjustments to the nut and switching the tuners. I'm really pleased with the result. And great value for money.
