The Warwick RockBass Corvette Basic is a 4-string electric bass designed for players who value solid construction, tonal versatility, and stylish aesthetics. Featuring a 34" long scale, this model is built with a 2-piece solid alder body and a 3-piece laminated maple neck reinforced with two carbon bars from the 12th to the 24th fret. The bolt-on construction ensures stability and clarity, while the Wenge fingerboard with a 20" radius offers smooth playability.

Equipped with 24 jumbo frets made from a durable titanium-brass alloy and finished with Warwick’s IFT (Invisible Fret Technology), the instrument guarantees precise intonation and a comfortable feel. The Warwick Just-A-Nut III Tedur nut provides accurate string alignment. For a powerful and articulate tone, the bass features active MEC J/J pickups paired with an active 2-band EQ. The control layout includes Volume, Balance, Treble, and Bass knobs. The electronic compartment is copper shielded, with nickel graphite shielding for the pickup routings, enhancing signal integrity. The pickups are mounted in threaded inserts for added stability.

Additional features include Warwick machine heads, a 2-piece Warwick bridge with 19 mm (3/4") string spacing and a 57 mm (2 1/4") distance from E to G strings, and Warwick RED Strings. The instrument is outfitted with Warwick Security Locks and comes in a Solid Black High Polish finish with chrome hardware.
