A Neck to Love for a Lifetime: A bass is only as good as its neck, and the Space 4 shows how fast and fluid that neck can feel. The 7-piece neck combines roasted maple, purpleheart, and walnut to support the Space 4’s expansive voice with tight mids and well-defined highs.
Shape World-class Tone with Bartolini Electronics: The Space 4 is equipped with Bartolini MK-1 pickups with active 3-band EQ, giving you ultimate control to shape your tone for any setting. MK-1 pickups are voiced for robust mids with brilliant highs, giving you a rich starting point to shape your sound with the bass, mid, and treble controls.
Zero Fret Enhances Long-term Playability: Instead of a traditional nut, the Space 4 is equipped with a zero fret for maximum tuning stability. With no friction at the nut, and no need to re-shape the nut to accommodate different string gauges, you’ll appreciate the zero fret more and more as the years go by.
Easily Adjustable Neck: The Space 4 makes it easy to fine-tune the amount of neck bow thanks to the spoke nut truss rod adjustment. Whether it's a quick adjustment before a gig, or fine-tuning the relief for a new set of strings, you won't even need a wrench or screwdriver.
