The rack-mountable wireless receiver GLXD4R with removable antennas features the revolutionary LINKFREQ Automatic Frequency Management and allows for operation of up to 4 compatible systems in a typical setting, and up to 8 maximum under ideal conditions. Its integrated battery charge port can charge a spare battery while the system is in use. The receiver features a high resolution LCD screen for real-time transmitter battery status, remote adjustable transmitter gain control and two-colour charge indicator LED, as well as XLR and 6.3mm output connectors. The GLXD1 transmitter features an ergonomic design and reversible belt clip to fit comfortably and snugly in various positions. It offers up to 16 hours of continuous use with Shure lithium-ion rechargeable batteries and provides locking TQG connection for use with Shure lavalier, headset, earset, and instrument microphones and guitar cables. The Beta 98 H/C cardioid condenser instrument microphone provides a versatile solution for brass or percussion instruments and does not require any external mounting hardware: it clamps onto the bell of wind instruments or onto the rim of percussion instruments. The integrated gooseneck and ratcheting swivel joint allows it to be easily positioned and secured, and an isolation shock-mount reduces the transmission of instrument 'key noise' and other mechanical noise. A gooseneck angle brace is included to provide better retention of the microphone placement during more active performances. The microphone features a transformerless preamplifier circuitry which improves linearity across the full frequency range and its cardioid pickup pattern provides high gain-before-feedback and excellent rejection of unwanted noise.
