It offers expanded frequency controls that go beyond its classic inspiration, making it a powerful tool for mixing and tonal shaping.

Expanded Frequency Control

Lang-PEQ2 features separate low-frequency boost and cut frequency selectors, offering twice the frequency modes of many comparable vintage designs. This expanded control provides an enhanced range of tonal possibilities, allowing precise shaping of the bass and sub-bass regions that is difficult to achieve with simpler EQ architectures.

Airy Highs and Spatial Midrange

The high-frequency bands of Lang-PEQ2 add shimmer and air to vocals and overheads, while the midrange controls provide plenty of width and presence. This makes it an especially effective choice for vocal tracks, drum processing, and any source that benefits from a more open, dimensional sound.

Native and Real-Time Operation

Lang-PEQ2 runs natively on macOS and Windows in AAX, VST3, and AU formats. It is also available as a Synergy Core real-time effect for compatible Antelope Audio hardware, enabling zero-latency processing during recording.
