EnergoFit contains:

• Maltodextrin - is a longer-term source and replenishes energy during and just after exercise. It consists of 15 glucose units, which are broken down in the small intestine
• Glucose - grape sugar, is an immediate source of energy for the body and the brain. It is immediately absorbed into the blood without burdening the digestive system. It is used in the body as a permanent and ready source of energy or is stored in the muscles and liver in the form of glycogen
• Green Tea Extract - stimulates the central nervous system and brain activity , thus eliminating signs of fatigue
• Glutamine - is a non-essential amino acid that makes up 60% of free amino acids in muscle cells, provides protection of muscle proteins and supports the regeneration of muscle tissue
• Taurine - stimulates brain activity, promotes muscle anabolism and controls water in the body
