CREATINE Creapure® is a nutrition supplement designed to increase strength and sports performance and to improve overall fitness. It is ideal for use in explosive types of workouts (bodybuilding, weightlifting ...). Creatine is part of creatine phosphate, which is the fastest, source for ATP resynthesis, during short and very intense workouts.

Creatine is also suitable for vegetarians.

Effects of Creatine Creapure® in the body:

• * Creatine increases physical performance during repeated high-intensity exercises with short rest intervals.
• ** Daily creatine intake (3 g) may increase the effect of resistance training, and muscle strength in adults over 55 years of age.

Recommended dosage:

• high-intensity phase (week 1): 5 g of creatine 4 - 5 times a day. The goal of this phase is the maximum saturation of muscles with creatine.
• maintenance phase (4-6 weeks): 5 g of creatine 1 - 2 times a day
• young athletes 15 - 18 years of age 2 - 3.5 g of creatine per day, 3 - 5 days
• best taken with a carbohydrate drink, in the morning, before training, after training and before bed

We recommend a 2-week break between usage cycles.

Preparation:

Mix 5 g (1 scoop) of the powder in 250-300 ml of water or juice. For better use and absorption, we recommend combining it with a carbohydrate drink (Gainer for volume, Gainer cocktail, Energy drink – EnergoFit, or Hypotonic Drink - HypoFit).

* A beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 3g of creatine.

** This effect is achieved in combination with regular resistance training, which should be performed at least three times a week, for several weeks, at an intensity of 65 to 75% of the athlete’s maximum. (Maximum means the maximum weight or force that an individual can exert in one repetition).
