Electric guitar from SA series that is built for versatility and shines in every genre, from clean rhythm to crunchy blues, all the way out to the most molten of metal. Its arched top emphasizes the beauty of the instrument, and combined with its SSH pickup configuration and simple synchronized tremolo, it can traverse any musical territory. It features a thinner mahogany body with abalone binding, a quilted maple top, a SA three-piece maple neck and a bound rosewood fingerboard with jumbo frets and abalone dot inlays. Scale length is 647.7 mm, fingerboard radius is 400 mm and nut width is 43 mm. The guitar is equipped with a passive True-Duo humbucker in bridge position, with original Ibanez design triple-coil construction (one single with one stacked), which makes Ibanez the first to achieve switching between genuine single-coil and humbucking tone in one pickup. The pickup also combines the power of ceramic and Alnico magnets. Two passive Quantum pickups with Alnico magnets in neck and middle positions provide accelerated bass response for exceptionally fast tracking of high-speed staccato riffing with crushing mid-range and precise high-end articulation. The Ibanez Sat Pro II synchronized tremolo eliminates unnecessary resonance around the saddles by firmly securing them to the bridge plate.
