Gretsch G9200 "BOXCAR" Standard Resonator Guitar RN

Acoustic resonator guitar from Gretsch Roots Collection series that features a laminated mahogany “long-body” design with internal Sound-Well bracing and comfortable “soft-V”-shaped mahogany neck, providing a faithful reissue of the 1930s classic sounds. The vital feature of all Gretsch resonator models is the Gretsch Ampli-Sonic diaphragm (resonator cone), which is hand-spun in Eastern Europe from nearly 99% pure aluminium, yielding an impressive quality and volume of tone. The neck of the instrument features a vintage semi-gloss finish, 1930’s Gretsch 3x3 headstock with aged pearloid face and hex truss rod nut. It provides 19 medium jumbo frets, white dot inlays and bone nut fret. Scale length is 635 mm, fingerboard radius is 15.75”/400 mm and nut width is 44.45 mm. Other features include Spider ebony-tipped maple bridge, Grover Sta-Tite die-cast tuners, nickel-plated poinsettia design cover-plate and D’Addario EJ16 Phosphor Bronze, Light strings (.012-.053).
