Hollow-body guitar with a double-cutaway body shape from Electromatic Collection series that features That Great Gretsch Sound! with the "Center-Block advantage." The interior solid spruce Center-Block runs the length of the guitar’s 44.45mm-deep thinline-style body, making for a lively "high gain-friendly" tone and delivering greater control over the kind of feedback players want. The three dual-coil Super Hilo’Tron humbucking pickups are voiced to produce a clean, high end sparkle with robust low end and low-noise performance, along with versatile pickup switching. Other premium features include five-ply maple body construction with a bound arched top and back, bound "cat's eye" sound holes and a bound maple neck with modern Gretsch shape, early ‘50s Gretsch headstock and gloss urethane finish. The guitar also has a 12.5”-radius rosewood fingerboard with 21 medium jumbo frets and Neo-Classic "thumbnail" inlays. Scale length is 625 mm, width of a synthetic bone nut fret is 42.86 mm. Sound of the instrument can be adjusted by a three-way neck/bridge pickup switching with two-way auxiliary switching (middle pickup on/off) and five "G-Arrow" control knobs (volume for each pickup, master tone for bridge/neck pickups and master volume). The guitar further features a single-ply black pickguard with Gretsch logo, anchored Adjusto-Matic bridge and flat-handled Bigsby-licensed B70 vibrato, die-cast Grover tuners, knurled strap retainer knobs and nickel-plated steel strings (.010-.046).
