The Polar H9 Heart Rate Monitor is a functional electronic accessory. The heart rate monitor accurately measures your heart rate. The Polar H9 is compatible with all Polar heart rate monitors that analyse and synchronise data through Bluetooth. The H9 can also be connected to the Polar Beat application on your smartphone to track your heart rate data. The heart rate monitor comes with a Polar Soft Strap. This strap is made of fabric, thanks to which it feels soft to the skin and is very comfortable to wear.

The H9 Heart Rate Monitor is the smaller brother of the H10 HRM. The big difference between the two is that the H10 has internal memory where the H9 doesn't have this. Because of this the H10 doesn't necessarily have to be connected to the application on your phone or sports watch to save training data. Because the H9 doesn't have any internal memory you will always have to connect to a phone, sports watch or fitness machine to record training data.

The Polar H9 is waterproof down to 30 metres and thanks to the 6kHz-transmission frequency it will also transmit heart rate data in water. Needless to say that with swimming you will also have to be connected to your phone or watch. The H9 has a wide enough reach to leave your phone or watch on the side when training in the pool.
