Battery life has been extended to over an hour on Power mode, and when dimmed battery life will last for over 25 hours. Tactical design features like the Fast Lock™ system ensures the bezel will keep its focus position locked in place when removing or placing into a holster. The end cap switch was enlarged and texturized for improved usability when handling with gloves. It is powered by 4 AAA type batteries and the package includes lanyard and sheath.
