I received the product in perfect condition. We do not get many opportunities to use this on the Atlantic coast of Ireland but when we did use it for the occasions when my grandchildren visited ages 8 to 12 boys it was fantastic.However it is now past its proper use due to the poor material used on the tube/ inner inflatable skin .When it was examined we discovered two cracks less than one cm in size , this material is so bad it cannot be repaired due to the poor quality. The outer protective lair is perfectly useable and robust and shows absolutely no cut or break in the areas described . The leaks are not on the seam but on the skin so I can only say it’s the weakness in areas of the tube that have punctured. It is so disappointing but I do see it is manufactured in CHINA ??? I would just like to entertain my grandchildren. Yours Sincerely
